From cutting-edge social media guidance to traditional print services, we offer sophisticated marketing tailored for small business entrepreneurs.

"Content" is the marketing industry term for all the original human thoughts that make social media platforms worthwhile, like clever sentences, delightful diagrams, and funny or helpful videos. Ironically, because of incredible technology, businesses need incredible amounts of things that only human brains - creative, linguistic, intuitive - can craft. Without strategic content telling your brand's story, all the social media networks in the world won't be able to grow your business.

My Immigrant MBA

My parents were pretty heartbroken that I decided not to go to MBA school after being accepted at UT McCombs. Due to the high cost of business school, I nervously decided to start my first business without it. To my delight, it turns out that everything I needed to know, I already learned growing up as a first generation American.

Happy Valentine's Day to Someone You Disagree With

Ivy Le

We've heard a lot about echo chambers in the last few months, but what can you do to be sure you're seeing more perspectives?

Facebook's algorithm learns what to show in your timeline largely based on which friends you interact with. When you add a new friend, for example, Facebook will start showing you a lot of that person's content. If you "like" a lot of it, you'll see more; if you scroll right past it, you'll eventually see less. During periods of intense political posting, we may even decide to "hide" someone's feed altogether, but the algorithm will go beyond just hiding that one person's posts. Platforms like Facebook or Google can piece together that person's political views as well as yours based on our web habits and will start to filter out nearly all posts that share the same ideologies as the profile you hid.

This Valentine's Day, tell those algorithms something different.

Reach across the aisle with these Valentines. Post one of these images on your own wall and tag people you know might disagree with your politics - and they'll start to see more of your posts. Post one of these images on their wall, and you'll start to see some of their posts, too!
